From the balcony

Shopping was done today in preparation for the Movement Order coming into force tomorrow. WH bought fresh food at the TTDI market and later G brought home tinned (Waitrose Essential tinned rhubarb) food and the essential slab of Asahi.

It was very hot again today and Amelia was very grumpy in the morning.  All they want to do is what cartoons but about 4 I decided we'd had enough Peppa Pig etc and we went to the pool.  The water was very warm and the sun still hot. However, it was good to cool off.

Later after tea I went down again and despite it being nearly dark there were still kids there., no school tomorrow.  Spent an hour or so dealing with College issues and choir issues. Our trip to the jungle at the weekend has been postponed so I may not get.

The local supermarkets (see extra) are allowing the over 60s a special half hour shopping slot.  Interesting to see it's 'with carers'.
