A Good Shake

Today felt surreal as I woke up later than usual, dawdled over breakfast, wrote a couple of emails and went for a leisurely stroll along the canal.  That was it.  The extent of my day.  I had to stop and think about what day of the week it was.  I am certainly thankful that we are well here, but I can't wrap my head around what our global community is experiencing.  The big gray cloud is weighing on all of us and the uncertainty is trying.  I hope that the blip community is healthy, and we go back to "normal" as soon as possible.  
The highlights of my day were the stretching and shaking of the mallard in my main blip, and the pretty Green-winged Teal which I posted as an extra.I chose this photo of the teal because you can see a hint of color on the wing.
