Dung Fly
I went to Alney Island in Gloucester today to see how the floods were doing. Much better happily though a lot of the ground is absolutely sodden and still impossible to walk on. Happily there is a cycle path that runs straight through the nature reserve.
There wasn't a whole heap to snap but where there are cow pats there are dung flies so I hovered over a few pats snapping them. I have never ever managed to get both heads in focus - one day I will!
