Defrosting the freezer and making chicken stock. We have often said we have so much in the freezer that we should live for a couple of weeks on its contents, we didn't know that that time was actually going to come. So we thought we had better find out what we had and defrost the freezer at the same time. 

Our 13 year old granddaughter has been encouraged by the school to stay at home, but our daughter's school is still open, so this morning she was leaving her at home on her own and suggested to the family that they might ring her and talk to her during the day. When grandad did this, he was politely told not to disturb her as she was doing some science planning through FaceTime with a friend. When her aunt tried later, that was disturbing her maths work. We left her alone!! Maybe teachers won't be required after all this.
