US Embassy

On Friday I visited the new US Embassy for a visa (not that I will be using it any time soon). The building is quite interesting and is sited on what was historically part of the royal Vauxhall Gardens.

It’s described as being a translucent crystalline cube on the embassy web page. It feels very much like a piece of America inside, everything is huge and I could hardly open the doors because they were so immense!
