Up early for my annual blood and blood pressure test this morning, I'm surprised the BP reading was normal considering I was exposed – no matter how short a period it was – to a lot of old people like me . Then to the chemists for yet another knockback on the hand gel sanitiser front before heading out for a walk along to Burntisland, and managed to get back home before the rain began to fall. By the looks of it I may be spending a lot more time indoors for the foreseeable future. Mrs Rex sees this as an opportunity for me to get the garden in shape.

Every cloud has a silver lining I suppose...
