The Mountain’s neighbour

Blencathra’s socially distant neighbour, Lonscale Fell, seemed so solid and permanent as a backdrop to the windblown ephemeral catkins optimistically carrying on with spring.
Things are changing all the time at work and I called in to see poor old craggy on my way home. He only just managed to make it home from a climbing trip to Spain but with an injured knee.
