Day 2: Searchlights & Empty Streets

We are told that there are police road blocks, helicopter patrols and drones out to ensure nobody ventures outside who shouldn't.

Duke and I did manage to sneak up the road to the top of the hill for a walk first thing. But every time we heard a vehicle coming, we got out of sight in case it was a police car. It felt as though we were on the run!

I managed some Skype calls with my pupils to keep them usefully occupied, but other than that I haven't talked to a soul. Not face-to-face. But I suppose that is the idea.
