Social distancing

The big droplet has got the idea.
Spent half the morning deciding on, and communicating, things about the running group after the club had received advice from a local physician which has led to cancellation of all club activities. The ladies' group, which is very much smaller, will meet but not run as a group, only in 2's and 3's well spread out,
The Monday afternoon group did not meet and then we got the latest Government announcement which confirmed all the decisions recently made.
We did have a short run in the park this evening but kept ourselves well spaced out.
Had a short trip out by bike earlier which turned into 2 trips as I had to return home and change bikes. I'd pummped up the tyres but the front onr started to go down and when I tried to check the valve it came out of the tube. So a wheel back to the house and and pumping up of the other's tyres before I could get to the ship as planned.
