Blue ball of happiness

Managed to publish my grey hair video - by 9 am.

And then, I went in search of the sun/light.  I started out, reading on the verandah and then, strutted around the complex, in response to the cries of the fitbit.

This little blue ball, called out to me - so I made it today's blip.

After getting my "mandatory" light, I then headed back inside, to put the finishing touches, to the Grey Hair video etc. and catch up.

PS. I did interrupt the computer work, with a trip to the gym for SPLASH and a soak in the sauna.
