Road Trip #2

We arrived in Mounts Bay car park for coffee and cake and looked out at the wind surfers hurtling up the bay in the strong winds.
Mount's Bay is a large, sweeping bay on the south coast of Cornwall stretching from the Lizard Point to Gwennap Head. In the north of the bay, near Marazion, is St Michael's Mount; the original name of the bay.
St Michael's Mount itself is a tidal island in the Bay. The island is linked to the town of Marazion by a man-made causeway of granite setts, passable between mid-tide and low water.

However, today, our Sunday was a pretty relaxed day, reading, knitting and photo sorting amongst some of the activities the three of us got up to before heading out to the Seaview in for a carvery lunch and very enjoyable it was to.

Relaxing this evening enjoying a hilarious phone call with Samantha and our last evening of this leave with Joshua.
