Spent this morning with H, but took Lottie too and when we'd finished doing odd jobs, we took her two dogs and Lottie for a walk up onto the hill. 

We talked about Covid 19. H doesn't have a TV and hasn't listened to news on the radio "since the Vietnam War"!  She decided then that it was too distressing, she could do nothing about it, so she decided to stop worrying about it all, concentrate on what was happening close to hand and pray for the rest. That's the best she can do, and I applaud her for it.

I've been getting updates from my brother in Madrid. Like so many other people, their life has changed so much, such an unnatural way to have to live in order to protect themselves. The uncertainty of it all must be a constant worry. It is so different here, for now. Life is going on much as before. I'm sure this will all change before too long....
