Fresh Air

I was due to go to the gym this morning, but in light of the Coronavirus I thought whilst it was a nice morning, it’d be better to go for a brisk walk by the sea. This meant we’d get fresh sea air rather than walking on the treadmill with air conditioned air blowing on me.

So we walked along the Undercliff walk from Saltdean to Brighton Marina and back, 6 miles in total. There was quite a breeze, so the return journey was at a slightly slower pace, but it felt good to be out in the sunshine. I hope this is something we will be able to continue to do in the coming weeks and months of this awful pandemic.

The rest of the afternoon was spent at home, I did the laundry and tidied the house then cooked the Sunday roast, and that’s another weekend over!

Hope everyone remains safe and well x
