Island Bay and Gransci

Great stagger today with the Wellington U3A group which started at Island Bay and 17000 staggers and 56 floors later ended up at the Zoo.
It was really good as The Boss had not been on the second bit to the Zoo and enjoyed the Cafe there that had special coding on the food to indicate stuff like Gluten content and served marshmallows with Iced Chocolate.
I will not discuss how I know that calorific bit of info or how he entertained the ladies by spearing them with his straw. Disgusting....
As for Gransci he was apparently an Italian philosopher but didn't seem to have anything interesting to say on this  trip (extra).
Meanwhile NZ is in “Lock Down”  mode and our lovely Prime Minister was threatening to deport anyone who didn't follow the new rules for self isolation on arrival. Looking out our apartment window I can see 4 Camper-vans in an otherwise  empty carpark. 
I will watch to see if The Boss wipes the screen after watching Netflix.
