A nice wee seaside 5k before breakfast and then it was time to pack up and head home.

Popped into Sainsburys to get something for tea to discover that the shelves were bare - not just of loo rolls and pasta but also meat, fruit, veg, milk, tinned goods, bread, cereal - it was absolutely insane - like half of Edinburgh had played supermarket sweep. Still can’t quite believe it.
