Best friends

When I was last home, mum gave me a few photos . This one was one of my favourites. It shows me and my best friend L at a village garden fete. L and I met when I started at primary back in the day and despite our lives taking very different routes, we have stayed in touch for over 5 decades. Just in case you can’t tell, I’m the one on the right.
