Rainy day

Done some paperwork and I have talked a lot on the phone. We have to cancel my mothers celebrating of her 85 years. It's not allowed to gather many people any more.
It's getting strickter and strickter every hour. All schools and kindergardens are closed and those who have the possibility, have home offices. Three persons are dead so far in Norway.
A friend of me called and told me that the center of Oslo seemed so scary, like a ghost town, without people.
