Blue Dawn

VERY early morning drive to Cairnryan with my son.
A gentle blue dawn as I drove North.
I remembered that I had a Big Stopper for an older lens in my bag but couldn't remember how to set the camera, so this will have to do.
In my defence, I was exhausted. 2 hours sleep is not conducive to optimum function!
I do like this part of the Ayrshire coast. I grew up seeing the Ailsa Craig but never appreciated it until I worked in Ayrshire in my first job.
Blue dawns remind me of early morning calvings, Milk Fevers, and breakfasts with lovely farmers.
