Cheese

Spent the day in the kitchen today. Eggs benedict for breakfast, and meringues for later with the leftover egg whites. Then made mozzarella, and it looked for most of the process like it was going wrong, but somehow came together in the end.

A pot of lentil soup after that for lunch, a quick trip to Tesco for ice cream, and then a nap while Holly made dinner.
