bright spot in a gray day

Woke up to a gray day, rolled over in bed for another hour's snooze, then did laundry and cleaned up the condo. Finally went out for a blip walk, and found some shore birds! Here is a handsome Snowy Egret in breeding plumage. In extras, a Pied-bill Grebe, and Mr and Mrs Mallard.
