Homemade rowies, and all that butter and carbs worked off first thing after riding to work only to find the office was in lockdown after a positive coronavirus result for someone working there. Turn round and tide home. 1h45 fine on the (heavy and loaded) bike before breakfast.

Turned into a more or less ‘off’ day as our IT systems fell over with everyone working from hone, so only critical roles were allowed to log in.
