Where is everyone ?

Lunch at one of our fave bistro's in Gennes today but where is everyone? I know we arrived late but the patron, who also doubles up as chef seemed please enough to see us anyway. He spent his time chatting to us in between courses about how difficult it is to lay down organic wine for a long period of time and how expensive it was to get his dog washed. We left worrying that the 35 euros we paid for the meal barely covered the 30 euros dog washing bill ! Only in France...
