Barclay Arms
Not much of a day. Dull, breezy and a load of rain.
I was meant to be working today, but took it off as holiday, as I was meant to have been at SMUHA last night. Instead it means I now have a fine long weekend off. A lazy morning around the house. Headed down to mam's before lunch, but her, Laura and Elise were out for bit, so went for a runaround. Back to Laura's for lunch, on their return. Headed to get some much need essentials in the afternoon. Equipped with rubber gloves for the supermarket. An eerie presence in Lerwick today, everyone is suspicious of others, and no one knows where that nasty Coronavirus is hiding. No new reported cases today, still at 11, but can guarantee it's actively spreading undercover. Popped along Madeline's with some errands after, and then bumped into Julie and Keba when out walkies. Probably be another self isolating evening at home.
Trying to stay away from the general public for the time being, well apart from shopping, and this was a quick stop while waiting for the family to return. This old hotel used to be me and friends local pub, and had many great nights here. It closed it's doors a good few years ago, and wish it would reopen. Taken outside Barclay Arms, Hoswick.
