Hopeful

It’s much cooler with cloud cover and stronger winds so we didn’t fancy a swim today. Instead we did a short local walk, just under an hour and the only person we saw was a lady who wanted some advice on how to get to the village which we were able to give her. 
This gull looks hopeful as we are that our flight will turn up on Tuesday for our return to the U.K. and won’t do any mid air turnarounds as some flights have done today on journeys out to Spain. The Canary Islands are Spanish and tend to follow suit with closing schools etc. At least we will have a roof over our heads if we can’t fly home, I am going to watch the film, The Favourite, this evening.
