Son #1 and fiancée came over for brunch. He’s still in pain and hobbling on crutches and is pretty fed up. So I made him his favourite. French toast made with peanut butter, coconut milk, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sourdough bread, topped with avocado, chilli and lime!

This afternoon’s agenda is staining the oak beam.... out for tapas this evening!
