As the spread of coronavirus has touched our schools, our sports teams, our places of work and prayer, entertainment venues and our family incomes and investments  it is IMPERATIVE that our leaders keep us informed with the unvarnished truth. There is no place for SPIN responding to a crisis of sprawling, unprecedented proportions.

Some leaders, like Chancellor Angela Merkel have communicated the cold, hard facts - a stark contrast to the crimped, self serving pronouncements and photo-ops of our tangerine president and VP Pence in the US.
Trump just said, "I like this stuff, I really get it."
