Day 24: The Big Meltdown

Despite the amber announcement last night we woke to no further snowfall and even a bit of sun this morning! So temperatures were still low at just 0.5 degrees on the school run but it was nice to see that glow! I had to finish work early to pick up Libs and we decided to call to the local Coffee Shop Pili Pala (that's welsh for butterfly!).

When we got home it was still light - hooray! So I took this quick snap from the back garden. It was nice to see dusk on the horizon, through the trees, surrounded by the melting snow... Here's to spring! I'd quite like to see my grass again soon!
