Day 14, UCU strike

Hurrah, the strike is over after 14 long days of striking. I joined the picket line in Drummond St where we doubled our efforts with two fires and two banners. Lots of talk about the Covid-19 pandemic and what we will do in the immediate future. Looks like everyone who can (including me) will work from home. This is all quite surreal.

After brunch in the pub I went up Calton Hill for a photo with the 3 million an EU27 grassroots organisation. It was great to catch up with the three krauts. Discussing Brexit was a welcome change from discussing Covid-19. Crazy times.
