Cowboys and Indians

At lunchtime, me and the lunch boys met
up with Iain (ex lunch boy) at Berts Bar for
a pie and a pint. It was good to catch up
with him and great to hear he has been
offered a job. So we have set up a date
for the next catch up later in February.

I got into work early this morning to allow
me to leave at just after 3pm to head down
to visit Dad in the Western General (pictured).

He had a new visiter today, his friend Iain
from the bowling club. Dad is certainly
making some progress and the movment
in his arms now mean he can touch his
face. He had physio this morning and
they had him sitting on the edge of the bed
but far too weak to do anymore than that.

After visiting, Iain drove Mum and myself
home and I spend the evening chatting to
C about flat valuation and what we need
to do tonight to get the flat looking it's
best for the schedule pictures that the
solicitor will do on Friday.

Packed a suitcase each for the flight to
Northern Ireland tomorrow night and
headed to bed.
