A little on the wet side
We decided on a walk from Rosedale Abbey up Northdale in the hope the wild daffodils were out. Incredibly squelchy underfoot and the daffodils need a week or two more before they can be enjoyed. As I didn’t fancy back tracking through the mud we headed up and out of the valley. The main shot is back towards Northdale with Rosedale beyond that.
The extras are of a new sign in the village with a nod to its ironstone heritage. Usually the sheep would turn away from walkers with a dog but suspect they were expecting a good feed. Fortunately they were in a gated field or we may have come home with more than we bargained for!
