Classic winter fell walk!

We did a 3 hour fell walk today from Braithwaite, Coledale near Keswick.

The sun shone it's heart out, and the snow looked wonderful!

The walking was easy as we had our microspikes/crampons on! They give an excellent grip in the snow and ice!

The flask of coffee and cheese sandwich tasted wonderful too!

Breaking News! We found out today that David and I did win the Sunday Golf Competition (by quite a margin)!!!
