AbstractThursday246 Organic?

This week's theme, set by our host Ingeborg, is Organic.  I've interpreted this as organic as in art:  'Organic shapes are defined as shapes that are irregular or asymmetrical in appearance and tend to have a curvy flow to them.'  The shapes in this image are multiple layered shots of a jewelled beetle, strictly ornamental, not the real thing, given a curvy flow in PS Elements Liquify.
In other news, the new living room curtains were fitted today: the new mirror arrive tomorrow and the carpet on Saturday, so nearly there.
The coronavirus situation has yet to impact directly on our own lives, although it will eventually I'm sure, even if it's only that we run out of toilet rolls and pasta.  Fortunately we have no travel plans until mid August, when we are going to Sri Lanka for a wedding: hopefully things will have settled.  We also have a trip to Italy booked for September and another to India in November: fingers crossed!
