Nice but all to soon gone

Well today I thought I would try a different cake for after school snacks being some what bored of my usual ones so I decided to try Swiss Roll. It turned out rather well (even if I do say so myself) it rolled without cracking and rerolled well too. It also seems to have tasted okay too as all that is left is a small slice for littlest B's packed lunch tomorrow. Which means I now need to think of something for tomorrow as well!
