Water Bill

More than 2017 and much more than 2015.

C's office building was evacuated and all were sent home early today, because someone else in the building got threatened over the phone. Six police cars with SWAT cladded officers and fierce dogs surrounded the building and they were told to move away from the windows. 

People, the dangerous person was on the other side of the phone! But, then, we don't know all that happened. Maybe they sent a Bobby to his home address and was told that he stormed out fuming, wielding a shotgun.

At least the police got practice in rapid response to a threat and the dogs got a day out.

The press  didn't think that it warranted more than 3 lines and a photo.
