My office has instigated a mass WaH day tomorrow to 'test' the IT systems. Unfortunately they didn't warn the Service Desk they were doing this and they were completely overwhelmed with people wanting their laptops upgraded, or power leads, or mice, or some other trivial thing. I felt so sorry for them I bought them some chocolates.

Meanwhile all the Leadership and Senior Leadership Team are on an away day, locked in a small room in close proximity for seven hours. If they wanted to reduce numbers it'd be funny but they've just done that.

The only good thing is the trains and gym are empty.
