Thursday

It's been a tough long day. 
Lay on the sofa all morning, and early afternoon then got dressed for an hour for Mindfulness. I fell asleep at the last part. 

Back home to the sofa, just no energy and low. My Iris' have been dead for weeks but they are still in the vase, just no inclination to get rid of the them.
