Its been a couple of days of very high tides which means we get cut off for a few hours each day.  If I can, I go out and have a look.  I was hoping to see somebody trying to drive through and get stuck.... sadly there were no takers this time.  Misty enjoyed it of course.  The sign says "When water reaches this point the maximum depth is 1 foot".... well today the maximum depth was well over 1 foot, well over 2 foot!  It only happens a few times a year.
