Klimtesque 1

I've waited till it was Thursday to photograph and upload this Journal Quilt as this was the day last year when I used to show my latest one in the 52 Journals project. This year I will make 2 JQs every month, one inspired by the theme on the Sketchbook Challenge site and one for the Contemporary Quilt group. The latter will all be inspired by the work of the Austrian painted Gustav Klimt who has long been a favourite of mine. This is the first and at the end of the year I'll put all 12 Klimt ones together into one large Klimtesque quilt. More can be found here.
