Upon first seeing the crowd i thought it was a demonstration because it was at the corner near ST MARY'S CHURCH a socially active church. It was only a line to the Hot Dog Stand. The $2 lunch could be a sigh of the times; maybe the HD vendor will be able to add to his retirement fund. This reminded me of a story of Parisians queueing in the early morning at a famous bakery. Pravda ran a photo showing how bad off the decadent westerners were; they had to stand in line for food. Here's hopeing it doesn't come to that.

Happy St Patricks Day notice no one is wearing green. But on Saturday for our Parade Hundreds were walking towards down town to watch our parade, all wearing green, all the children wearing those green antennas. Next year i will blip it. We have the spirit in our own time.
