On my walk this morning around the village,i took this shot from the road looking down on these fishermen cottages.i can remember when i was young ,the coal man with his horse and cart delivering coal up through.now almost all the cottages have extension's built on.there are on three levels.kitchen on ground floor,next floor living room top floor bedrooms.some of them are now holiday accommodation.
