Public Spaces and Allotments

Spotted this little area when I went to the post office today to pick up a package.  I didn't have time to look properly, but I think the raised parts are a recent addition.  I'll explore more another day. 

Am backblipping this.  Bb and I are suffering from jet lag and didn't get to sleep till far too late last night/this morning.
