Do you know this Fujifilm camera?

I bought a Fujifilm X-T30 January this year. Not able to post Extra blip. Dealer has checked the camera, upgraded it, tried all thinkable. Says nothing is wrong with the camera. My computer dealer has checked my computer, even communicated with Blipfoto support. Says nothing is wrong with my computer. Blipfoto support say they have no problem posting Extra shot with my camera. I have been blipping some years with different cameras, not having had any problem in posting Extras. I want to make a claim on my camera. Fujifilm says there is no reason for claiming. Says, however, if there are other blippers who could confirm they are using the same camera brand, not having problem posting Extras,  it would give me an argument for my claim.
