Remember that fine pitcher of roses from a few days ago? What's left is this complicated dance of the stamens.

Spent the day cooking and packing for a short trip to visit friends in the mountains. It's been two years since I've seen snow. They don't have very much on the ground, but it's enough to ski on if I remember how to do it. For those of you who might have an anxiety attack if I don't blip for the next couple days: I'm not sure we will be near A Signal. Rest assured I will catch up as soon as I can.
