Mike

Mike and I have known each other for many years.  I first met him on the streets of the town we both call home.  The camera served to bring us together, the stories we shared kept us laughing and coming back for more conversation.  Recently profiled in Tightrope, the compelling new book by Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn, Mike and I spent some time talking about his childhood and the situation he finds himself in now - without a house and living on the streets.  If you haven't yet read the book, I encourage you to pick up a copy - your local library may even have it available.
