Soap Opera

I was off work this morning (annual mammogram at BGH) and so ended up in ASDA in Galashiels. There was a lot of panic-buying taking place. No toilet paper and virtually no liquid soap. I resisted the temptation to stockpile!
Good session on CBT tonight from our parish priest (ex psychotherapist) as part of a Lenten series of talks.
