Found a box of batteries, some okay, some half dead & the rest just chucked for recycling.

Wee world radio MW/AM/SW isn't picking up any signals, so it's going to recycling too, but another radio is now up & running in the kitchen using up the AA batteries even if I only get a couple of hours out of them, I can then change to rechargeable AAs once all finished. That was thing about batteries that wouldn't continue to run a camera but would do a radio or travel alarm clock.

A bit of shopping today, trying to get a sponge mop head, first one got last week didn't fit - would have thought standard fit, but couldn't see any in different shop, may have to buy a new mop!
