Braised

At netball for the morning with my youngest and then us grown-ups had a night away at the Hilton DoubleTree in Dunblane. And very nice it was too.

The whole 'Nick Nairn' branding got a little tiring on the menu with his 'signature dishes' and puns on the word 'nick', plus I ignored the burger option completely when I saw that it was "Nick's special and very secret recipe with his own herbs and spices that he'd created from scratch using alchemy". I may paraphrase slightly but, at the end of the day, it's a burger Nick, however you choose to describe it.
