A quick trip to Pennington Flash in the morning before popping over to my parents for a family lunch. 

Getting quite concerned about my parents and coronavirus. My Dad is 81 and has COPD so is in the high risk bracket, and it will come to a place near us sooner or later until is disappears, and that could be many months away. He is quite happy to stay indoors, but that's not so healthy. I guess we just need to be as careful as we can.
