A busy day.

Early into the office to have some young budding composers out to have a presentation (Concept Session) I had organised with Oliver Searle delivering a workshop on composition with his ensemble, Symposia. It was great.

Afterwards, I had a trip out to boxing again, and happily dealt with it much better. Some difficult circuits and intense bag work but all in all I felt much better for it.

Amélie decided to get up around 10pm for a little party, so we watched some TV until she felt tired again and sent her to bed, she agreed, finally.
