Brrrrrr it was really cold today so I was very surprised to come across this guy fishing on Monmouth beach Lyme Regis.I had gone down to the beach to check out the landslips that now threaten 3 chalets,the slips are going to be moving for some time engulfing a number of chalets and beach huts.
